  70. out.  Otherwise, you may turn on your printer and, at the DOS prompt (while
  71. in the \TRADESHW directory), type:

  77. Or, if you are in Windows(tm), launch Notepad, open the file Order.frm in
  78. the \TRADESHW  directory.  From the File menu, select Page Setup to set all
  79. margins minimally:  0 for Left, Right, Top, Bottom margins.  Delete the
  80. default header and footer items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu,
  81. select Print to print out the order form.   (If you wish to fill in the
  82. form with your order information before printing, it would be best to open
  83. Order.frm in a word processor, such as Write, because Notepad does not
  84. have an overwrite mode in Windows(tm) 3.x.)

  87. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  88. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  89. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future

  91. latest versions of our programs.
